A B2B pipeline from scratch — and £120k a month of recurring contracts in 30 days

  • Client DRST Trading
  • Area Bedfordshire & North London
  • Started May 2026
  • Window First 60 days
  • Ad spend managed £1,700/mo

The challenge

DRST Trading came to us with no website and no online presence, a single customer, and only the occasional new job. The work was there when it came, but nothing about it was predictable. The brief was blunt: diversify the customer base and build something that brings work in on its own.

What we did

We built the whole thing from a blank page. Landing pages were written against live keyword and search-term data — pulled via API rather than guessed — so the pages matched the exact B2B terms buyers were searching. On top of that sat a Google Ads account structured as a single, tight B2B enquiry funnel, with consumer and DIY searches kept out so the £1,700 monthly budget only ever chased commercial work.

The result

Within the first 30 days the account produced roughly £120,000 a month of recurring contracted work — the largest single contract worth £80,000 a month, confirmed in month one as an ongoing annual deal — alongside a steady run of smaller B2B jobs valued between £3k and £20k, all at about £42 per enquiry. The pipeline that was missing at the start now runs on its own.

What this doesn't prove: one account, £1,700/mo, B2B steel fabrication, first 60 days. The company's wider revenue has also grown, but outside investment came in alongside this work, so we credit the pipeline we built — not the whole revenue figure. Your sector, budget and season will move the numbers.
