A brand-new clinic to ~70 enquiries a month in 90 days
The challenge
A completely new plastic surgery clinic launching in central London — no account history, no reviews, no track record — into one of the most competitive, expensive markets there is. High-ticket cosmetic work is bought on trust, and a brand-new name has none to trade on yet.
What we did
We led with accreditation and trust: campaigns built around the clinic's credentials first, aimed at tightly selected audiences and demographics so the budget only spoke to people likely to book. That kept costs down while enquiries climbed — click costs were under £5 by day 45 — and it did it fast enough to matter for a new business finding its feet.
The result
By month three the clinic was seeing roughly 70 enquiries a month at about £53 each, worth an estimated £82,000 of new revenue a month after its close rate — and the PPC patients had started generating word-of-mouth referrals on top, building the clinic's reputation as well as its revenue.

What this doesn't prove: one account, £4,000/mo, high-ticket cosmetic surgery, first 90 days. This is a new-brand launch, so the ramp matters as much as the end figures, and the revenue is the client's own estimate after their close rate. Your sector, budget and season will move the numbers.
Launching something new? This is the playbook.
